You know customer service is really a dying artform..but it's ALIVE AND WELL AT RADICAs alright these guys communicate effectively regarding your order like no other. Warning, if you can't handle spice communicate with your wait staff! I've been going to them for years and I'm ashamed it took me this long to leave a review.

I had the pleasure of dining at a local West Indian food spot and I must say, I was completely blown away by the flavors and authenticity of the cuisine. The atmosphere of the restaurant was vibrant and inviting, with reggae and soca music playing in the background and colorful decor that transported me straight to trinidad. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. As for the food, every dish we tried was a culinary delight. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, with just the right amount of heat. The curry fish was tender and flavorful, with a rich and fragrant sauce that had me going back for seconds. And let's not forget about the rice and peas - a staple of West Indian cuisine that was cooked to perfection. But the standout dish of the night was the roti filled with a savory mix of curry chicken and potatoes, creating a dish that was as comforting as it was delicious. I couldn't get enough of it! Overall, my dining experience at this West Indian food spot was truly memorable. The flavors, the atmosphere, and the hospitality all exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their tantalizing menu. If you're a fan of Caribbean cuisine, this is a must-visit spot. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

We held my grandmother's reception at Radica's Hot & Spicy restaurant last week, and the food was absolutely delicious and flavorful. The atmosphere was exceptionally clean, cozy, and comforting. The servers were both informative and amicable, adding a personal touch to the service. The Christmas decorations are a delightful seasonal addition that enhanced the ambiance. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Caribbean cuisine!

Food here is really good. Best macaroni pie I ever had in my life. I want to try everything on the menu here. I don't even live anywhere close to this place but I am willing to make the journey . Service here is good. The pepper sauce is nice and hot and not watered down like some other places. Coming back for the fry fish on dhal & rice boy.

I've eaten from here about 25 times and it is definitely a go-to for me. Granted I always get the same thing, 1 doubles, 1 aloo pie and 1 sahena. I love that their sahena is laden with spinach. Their channa is always cooked perfectly and flavourful, their pepper is perfect. The Aloo pie, that potato, tastes like Dass doubles from Trinidad for those of you that know what I'm talking about. Everything is always very fresh and delicious, never had a bad experience. Call in your order, always ready in 15 mins. Thanks for the consistent quality. Once in a while they are out of sahena. Only complaint I have is you blast music, its hard for the staff to take phone orders. There is no need for the music to be THAT loud! But that has nothing to do with the food. Just if your older and going to dine in, beware the music is to a deafening level. Recommended to all

First time visiting on Saturday evening. There was a dj at 8pm and music wasn’t loud. The vibe was perfect for a family outing who wants to dine in a lively atmosphere. It wasn’t very busy either so lots of space to dance and lounge around. Apparently fridays are pretty busy with live singers and need to make reservations. Lots of food options but I must say, the “Indian” dishes are much tastier than the Hakka dishes. I would definitely return for doubles and roti. Cocktails range around 13 but I was impressed with the quality of their drinks! The bartender/owner puts A LOT of love into his drinks and the cocktails are well worth it. I’ve been to other West Indian places and their cocktails are watered down in ugly glasses with limited options. Kudos to Radicas for upholding a standard with drinks. I throughly enjoyed the vibe here. They don’t turn into a club or 19 like their competition. Instead, it remains family friendly throughout the night without being too loud. Will definitely return.

This is an excellent Caribbean restaurant for couples, friends and family to enjoy. The atmosphere, variety of foods and cocktails are of great quality. A must try is the Frozen Lime Margaritas. The seafood dishes are of great quality, the pepper shrimps and curry shrimps are larger than most places providing great value for price. You must try their 1lbs whole ginger lobster!!! I highly recommended Radica's Hot & Spicy in Brampton for any occasion either at their venue or for a catered event. Guyana Products Co. Certified!!!
